代森锰锌在番茄中的残留分析方法
STUDY ON RESIDUAL ANALYSIS METHOD OF MANCOZEB IN TOMATOES
【摘要】 确立了番茄中代森锰锌残留量的气相色谱分析方法。番茄样本用HCl/SnCl2于80℃分解代森锰锌,取顶空气体,用气相色谱电子俘获检测器检测。结果表明,番茄中的代森猛锌平均回收率为99.5%~113.3%,变异系数为1.5%~10.2%,最小检出量为0.03ng,最低检测浓度为0.02mg/kg。
【Abstract】 It was established in this study the residual analysis method of mancozeb in tomatoes by GC. The mancozeb in tomato samples was degraded by HCl/SnCl2 at 80℃ the upper part of gas collected from reaction bottle was detected by GC-ECD. Using the method, the average recovery ranged from99.5% to 113.3%, and the related variation coefficient form 1.5% to 10.2%. The limit of detection was 0.03ng in weight and 0.02mg/kg in concentration.
