【摘要】 对北冬虫夏草主要菌株的超微结构研究表明，子实体形成能力不同的菌株，其体细胞结构和无性繁殖结构没有很大的差别；分生孢子的形成方式为芽生式分生孢子，菌丝体的每个细胞里通常仅含１个单倍体的细胞核。而在有子实体形成能力的野生菌株的有性繁殖结构内．主要是子囊和子囊孢子。它们性过程仅发生在子实体外层的双核细胞里，其子囊孢子的形成方式为细胞游离形成方式。文中选用了４６张显微镜照片并组合为１０个图版，首次系统地介绍了我国北冬虫夏草的超微结构特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Studies on ultrastructure of several typical strains of Cordyceps militaris show that the strains being different in ability to form fruitbody are not evidently different in somatic structure and asexual reproduction structure. The asexual reproduction is performed by way of blastic conidium,and the mycelium cell usually has only one haploid nucleus,In the strains able to from fruitbody,the sexual reproduction is performed by way of ascus and ascospore,The sexual repoduction process takes place in the binucleated cells of the outside layer of fruitbody and the ascospore is developed by way of free cell formation.In the article,46 imicroscope photos are used, which first systematically introduce the ultrastuctural charateristics of Cordyceps militaris.更多还原
