电渗析法处理味精废水

【摘要】 用电渗析 - BAR厌氧生物反应器对味精废水进行处理 .结果表明 :用电渗析法能有效去除经预处理后的味精废水中的氯离子 .通过能耗和脱除率的综合比较 ,选定电渗析的隔离流速为3.4 cm/s,当脱盐率大于 70 % (即 ρ( Cl- ) <6g/L)时 ,每处理 1 t废水耗电约 1 .83k W·h.脱氯后的废水 ,用 BAR厌氧生物反应器在中温 ( 35°C)条件下处理 .当反应器的 CODCr容积负荷小于1 4kg/( m3· d)时 ,CODCr的去除率可达 90 %以上

【Abstract】 The treatment of MSG (monosodium glutamate) wastewater was studied by using an ED BAR(Electrodialysis Baffled Anaerobic Reactor) method. The ED could be used to remove Cl - in MSG waste water efficiently. To maintain the desalination over 70% (Cl - concentration in wastewater less than 6 g/L after ED treatment), the energy consumption is about 1.83 kW·h/m 3 while the flowrate of influent in the compartment is 3.4 cm/s. Further BAR treatment tests prove that the COD Cr removal rate from the dechlorinated influent could be kept over 90% when COD Cr organic loading is less than 14 kg/(m 3·d) and the reaction temperature is 35°C.
