激光切槽加工的一种数值仿真方法
A Numerical Simulation Method for Laser Grooving
【摘要】 通过比较激光切槽加工中材料表面槽形状生成机理的两种不同的理论模型 ,指出了考虑几何形状 -温度场耦合模型的合理性 .针对该模型难以数值求解的缺陷 ,提出了一种数值仿真方法 .仿真结果与实验结果相比较 ,具有相当的精确性 ,能反映加工参数对槽形状的影响规律 ,并且在复杂工况的求解上有更好的适应性 .
【Abstract】 The comparison of two differentmodels of laser induced material removal mechanism shows the advantage of comprehensively considering the geometry- temperature field coupling in the model.A numer- ical method was presented to simulate the process of material ablating and groove shape forming. The re- sults of simulation were compared to thetheoretical ones,itshows thatthe numerical simulation can reveal the relations between laser parameters and groove shape even under the complex work condition.
