快速锻造液压机的结构与控制
Structure and Control of High Speed Forging Hydraulic Press
【摘要】 快速锻造液压机是实现自由锻生产精密化和快速化的压力加工设备 .采用大流量比例电磁阀和计算机技术 ,实现了液压机的闭环控制和实时监测 .针对液压机连续重复打击的工作特点 ,提出了智能重复学习比例 -积分 -微分 ( PID)控制器 ,实现对液压机位移的自动补偿 ,提高自由锻件的精度 .实际运行结果表明 ,该机的控制系统可靠、打击次数多、精度高、震动小 .
【Abstract】 High speed forging hydraulic press isone kind of metal forming machine to carry outprecise and fast open- die forging.Adopting the proportional electromagnetic valve and computer technology,the closed- loop control and real- time supervision of press was realized. As the property of press is continuous repetitive hit,an intelligent repetitive PID controller was put forward.The distance of the press can be compensated automatically and the precision of the open- die forging is improved.The practical result shows that the press has the properties of high reliability,more hitting number,high precision and low vibration.
