基于伪相图的大机组非线性故障诊断技术
Diagnosis of Nonlinear Faults in Large Rotating Machinery Based on Pseudo-Phase Portrait
【摘要】 论述了通过延时嵌入相空间重构方法获取伪相图技术 ,将该技术用于大机组非线性故障的定性特征提取 ,并选取了故障实例进行分析 .采用基于奇异值分解的相空间重构方法 ,解决了把吸引子投影到哪些基构成的平面上方能充分反映原系统特性的问题 .研究结果表明 :伪相图在一定程度上与转子的轴心轨迹类似 ;同时 ,由于伪相图可通过一维时间序列得到 ,而且伪相图的构造过程包含了降噪过程 ,因此 ,将伪相图用于大型旋转机械故障诊断中具有一定的优越性
【Abstract】 The theory of phase space reconstruction with time delay embedding was explained comprehensively, and used for extracting qualitative features of nonlinear fault in large rotating machinery. As the effect of noise and the plane of attractor projection must be considered, this paper introduced a useful method of reconstruction of pseudo phase portrait based on singular value decomposition(SVD). The results show that the pseudo phase portrait is in some sense similar to an orbit. The signal noise can be reduced, and the pseudo phase portrait can be reconstructed from a single time series, so it can be used to qualitatively recognize different faults.
