天然气再燃烧还原炉内NO_x的扩散机制分析
Diffusing Mechanism Analysis of Reburning with Natural Gas to Deoxidize NO_x in the Furnace
【摘要】 分析了炉内天然气再燃烧还原 NOx 技术的扩散机制 ,为检验该技术在工程上的可行性 ,运用快速反应模型 ,采用 SIMPLEC算法模拟了发生在一简化煤粉炉炉膛还原区段中的天然气再燃烧还原烟气中的 NOx 反应和流动过程 .数值结果表明 ,单从扩散机制的角度出发 ,在等于炉腔深度的高度上 ,NO的浓度水平已降至 0 .0 2 % ,此高度以上区域 NO的浓度均低于 0 .0 2 % ,而还原段的温度仍维持在适合于降低 NOx 生成的高温水平 .
【Abstract】 In order to examine the possibility of applying the new technology in engineering, it adopted the fast reaction model, employed the SIMPLEC method to simulate the reacting and flowing processes which take place in a simplified reburning zone of a pulverized coal fired unit. The results indicate that if diffusion is taken account only, the NO level at a height equal to the depth of the furnace has been lowered to 0.02%. The NO concentration of the area above this height is below 0.02%. And the temperature in the reburning zone is still kept at a high level(1200°C), which is suitable for reducing NO x .
