单丝热线旋转法用于旋流燃烧器出口参数测量
Single Hotwire Technique in Measurements of Swirl Burner Exit Parameters
【摘要】 为了提高湍流流场的测量精度 ,针对旋流燃烧器出口截面上一次风和二次风的不同速度分布特征 ,引入了一种相应的单丝斜热线多方位旋转测量方法 .通过对一旋流燃烧器模型出口参数的测量和分析 ,证明在不同的速度特征区域选取不同的参考速度更加合理 .测量方法的不确定性分析证明该方法的测量误差波动较小 .给出了平均速度和雷诺应力分布的测量结果 ,将平均速度与采用五孔探针的测量结果进行了比较 ,两者趋势基本一致 ,表明了测量方法的可靠性
【Abstract】 To improve the accuracy of flow field measurement, a new method with rotating single slanted hot wires was introduced in accordance with the difference features of velocity profiles of the primary and secondary air at the exit of swirl burner. The measurements and analysis to a model show that it is more reasonable to choose different reference velocity in different domain. The uncertainty analysis shows the measurements result is less sensitive to accidental errors. The experimental measurements of mean velocity and Reynolds stress profiles were given. The agreement between the mean velocity profile obtained by hot wire anemometer and fivehole probe shows the proposed method is reliable.
