应用高速摄像技术研究柴油机的喷雾过程

【摘要】 用高速 CCD摄像机在定容容器内对 3种不同背压 ( 0 .1、0 .7、1 .0 5MPa)下的柴油机喷雾进行了试验研究 ,摄像机采集图像的速度定为 40 50 0 frame/s.应用计算机图像处理技术对采集的喷雾图像进行了边缘提取 ,定量给出了喷雾贯穿度的结果 .文中还就三通阀开启时间、燃油喷射时序等进行了讨论

【Abstract】 The experiment of this paper is done with a constant volume chamber. A high speed CCD video camera was used to grab diesel sprays in three working conditions. The back pressures of the experiment are 0.1 MPa, 0.7 MPa and 1.05 MPa. The grabbing speed of the CCD video camera was set at 40 500 frame per second. The digital image processing technique was used to sharpen the edge of the spray images. Three tip penetrations of the sprays were showed quantitatively. Some experimental problems, such as the open time of the three way valve and time serial etc., were analyzed.
