【Abstract】 This paper dealt with a methodology and a software testbed to create an Internet/Web- based Rapid Prototyping( RP) oriented Tele- Manufacturing Service Center to share RP manufacturing service over Internet.Under the support of this virtual service center,RP manufacturers can provide and publish their manufacturing service by configuring their RP sites and users can submit the STL files of parts to their desired sites formanufacturing by comparing the requirements of their prototype models to the capa- bilities of RP sites.As the verification of the methodology mentioned above,a software testbed was devel- oped in Java.更多还原
