基于中面表示的冲压件特征造型技术

【摘要】 为便于实现冲压零件造型与分析的集成,根据非流形几何造型思想提出基于中面的冲压件特征几何造型技术.首先建立基于中面表示的特征几何拓扑结构模型,其次分析中面模型向体模型的转换方法,然后结合冲压件形状特征的组合操作论述基于中面的形状特征组合方法,最后描述基于现有实体造型系统的中面模型的实现原理

【Abstract】 In the integration of design and analysis,this paper putforward the mid-suface- based geometri- cal modeling method.Itfirstshowed the geometrical topological structure centered with mid-surface,then described the transition method from mid-surface model into solid model.In the feature- based modeling of stamping parts,it introduced the mid-surface representation into the compound operations of form fea- tures and briefly gave some related illustrations.In the end of this paper,how to realize the above princi- ple of mid-surface representation model was presented.
