硫化车间分布式计算机控制系统设计
Distributed Computer Control System Design for Vulcanizing Workshop
【摘要】 提出了采用分布式计算机控制系统来控制硫化机的加工工艺流程.该控制系统采用三层网络结构,包括管理层、协调层和控制层,并基于适应于工业现场的RS-485通信方式,保障了系统运行的可靠性及高的抗干扰能力;提高了轮胎的加工质量,并显著减轻了工人的劳动强度,成为实现硫化车间自动化的最佳途径.该分布式计算机控制系统也同样适用类似的控制对象
【Abstract】 In the lightof the disadvantage oflow automation degree in vulcanizing workshop ofmany small and medium scaled rubber tire factories,this paper putforward a plan of controlling technological process of vulcanizing machine by using distributed computer control system.This distributed control system adopts three- level network architecture,including management level,harmony level and control level. Based on the industry- suitable RS- 4 85 communication model,itensures system’s reliability and high inter- ference- resistance.Using this distributed control system can notonly improve the quality of rubber tires, but also obviously reduce worker’labor intensity,and it is an optimum way to realize automation of vul- canizing workshop.This distributed computercontrol system is suitable for the similarcontrol objectstoo.
