一种基于功/能转换效率最高原则的单程形状记忆合金驱动器设计方法
One Way Shape Memory Alloy Actuator Design Method Based on Maximum Work/Energy Transform Efficiency
【摘要】 研究了单程形状记忆合金(SMA)驱动器的工作机理,基于热力学基本定律建立了单程SMA驱动器的功/能和热/能转换模型,分析了SMA元件的性能对单程SMA驱动器输出性能的影响,提出了一种基于功/能转换效率最高原则的单程SMA驱动器设计方法,建立了单程SMA驱动器的输出性能和SMA元件的性能及驱动器初始状态之间的定量关系
【Abstract】 The work method of one way SMA actuatorwas investigated. Based on the basic law of thermo- dynamics,the transform model of power/energy and thermal/energy was constructed,the effects of char- acteristics of SMA to the outputcharacteristicsof the actuator were analyzed. Finally,a one way SMA ac- tuator design method based on the maximum work/energy transform efficiency was presented,and the quantitative relationship of actuator’s outputproperty,driving component’s property and actuator’s initial state were constructed.
