【摘要】 针对渤海海域海上油田的开采,提出了一种简易单点系泊系统,并在考虑风、浪、流三种载荷同时作用的情况下,对该系统的可行性从总体上加以论证.利用设计谱理论计算油驳的波浪诱导纵荡力,利用经验公式计算油驳风力和流力,将以上三种力线性叠加得到系泊力;利用设计波理论,由Morison公式计算平台自身所受波流力,利用经验公式计算风力.在考虑平台同时受到系泊力、波流力、风力的作用下,计算平台的结构应力,最后选用APIRP2A-WSD规范,对平台构件进行屈服校核和冲剪校核.分析校核表明,该简易系泊系统是可行的,且具有经济有效等特点,适用于边际油田开采

【Abstract】 A simply equipped single point mooring system, in which an oil storage tanker is moored on the well head platform with the aid of mooring rope, was proposed for the exploitation of Shengli Offshore Oil Field in Bohai Sea, and the feasibility study on the system was introduced. The wave induced surge force on the storage tanker was calculated by using the design spectrum theory. The wind force and current force acting on the tanker were calculated according to the experimental formulas. The mooring force was assumed to be the superposition of the above three forces. Then, the environmental forces acting on the mooring platform was worked out in accordance with the design wave method. The calculation of the stresses of the platform under the action of mooring force, wave force, wind force and current force was performed, and the yield check and punching shear check of the components were completed based on API RP 2A WSD. The feasibility study shows that the system is safe for the normal exploitation of Shengli Offshore Oil Field, and the system can be economically and efficiently used in the exploitation of margin oil fields of shallow water.
