硫化氢对FX-02催化剂烷基化性能的影响
EFFECTS OF HYDROGEN SULFIDE ON ALKYLATION PERFORMANCES OF CATALYST FX-02
【摘要】 研究了H2 S对FX -0 2催化剂上苯与稀乙烯烷基化反应的影响。认为是H2 S占据了催化剂的活性位 ,妨碍了反应物的吸附和反应。结果表明 ,在FX -0 2催化剂上利用干气制乙苯时 ,应对干气进行脱硫预处理。
【Abstract】 Effects of hydrogen sulfide on alkylation of benzene with ethylene over catalyst FX-02 were studied. It implied that sulfide hydrogen sulfide had occupied the active sites of the catalyst and impeded the adsorption and reaction of reactants. Thus the desulfuration of FCC off-gas is necessary in the process of ethylbenzene synthesis using FCC off-gas as feedstock over catalyst FX-02.
