边部加热对热轧带钢板形的影响
INFLUENCE OF THE EDGE HEATING ON THE FLATNESS OF HOT ROLLED STRIP
【摘要】 边部加热对于均化热轧带钢横向温度分布、提高产品性能及尺寸精度具有重要影响。采用有限元法模拟计算了粗轧后轧件温度场分布 ,为边部加热宽度的确定提供了依据 ,现场生产试验的结果表明边部加热可以提高带钢的板形精度
【Abstract】 WT6BZ]Edge heating process can uniform the temperature of hot rolled stip and then benefit the property and dimension precision of the strip.The temperature distribution of the strip after rough rolling was calculated by finite element method to provide a basis for determining the heating width.Production tests showed that the edge heating could improve the flatness accuracy significantly.[WT5HZ]
