【摘要】 目的 :观察保肺泰对联合化疗小鼠肝、肾损伤的影响。方法 :制作 C5 7BL / 6荷瘤小鼠模型并随机分为实验对照组、化疗组和保肺泰加化疗组 ,化疗应用由顺铂、环磷酰胺、足叶乙甙组成的联合化疗方案 ,保肺泰每鼠灌胃 0 .4ml/日 ,观察各组小鼠肝、肾组织病理学变化 ,应用流式细胞术测定各组肝、肾细胞各时相百分比。结果 :3组间肝、肾病理组织形态有区别。对肝、肾细胞的分析发现 ,与对照组相比 ,化疗组肝细胞 S期和 G2 M期细胞数减少 (P<0 .0 5 ;P<0 .0 1) ,而 G0 / G1 期细胞数增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,保肺泰加化疗组与化疗组相比 ,肝细胞 S期和 G2 M期细胞数增加 (P<0 .0 1) ,细胞增殖指数也有明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肾细胞 S期细胞数保肺泰加化疗组与化疗组相比 ,有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :保肺泰对化疗引起的肝、肾损伤有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protective effect of Baofeitai to the liver and kidney of little mice hurt by combined chemical treatment.Method:C 57 BL/6 tumor suffered mice model was made and took apart into three groups:experimental control group、chemical treatment group and Baofeitai added chemical treated group.The combined chemotherapy consisted of ciplatis、cyclophosphamide every mouse was infused into the stomach 0.4ml/d Baofeitai and the pathological changes of the livers and kidneys of the mice were observed.The percentage of the liver and kidney cells in every cell stage was enumrated with FCM (Flow cell).Result:Among the three groups of the mice,the pathological tissue configuration were different.According to the analysis of the cells,we found that the S stage and G 2M stage cells were more in the control group than in the chemical treatment group (P<0.05,P<0.01),but the G 0/G 1 stage cells were averse (P<0.05).The S stage cells and G 2M stage cells were more in the Baofeitai and chemical treatment group than those in the simply chemical treatment group(P<0.01).The cells increasing index was also improved apparently (P<0.05).There had apparent differences between the S stage cells of the Baofeitai and chemical treatment group and that of the chemical treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baofeitai had the effects of protecting the function of liver and kidney hurt by chemical treatment.更多还原
