复胃冲剂对胃癌癌前病变大鼠血清微量元素的作用

【摘要】 目的探讨中药复方合剂对胃癌癌前病变大鼠模型血清微量元素的作用。 方法通过饮用含MNNG(N -甲基 -N’ -硝基 -N -亚硝基胍 )水造成大鼠胃腺癌癌前病变模型。随机分八组 ,分别饮用 2种浓度的复胃冲剂、维酶素液、含硒酵母液、普通酵母液、复胃冲剂加含硒酵母液、复胃冲剂加MNNG、正常饮用水等 6周 ,处死前取血清 ,作微量元素分析。 结果 1 .饮用复胃冲剂、硒酵母、维酶素各组血清锌 (Zn)含量均有显著增加 ;2 .饮用复胃冲剂组锰 (Mn)含量有显著增加 ,但其它各组未见显著改变 ;3.饮用复胃冲剂组与硒酵母组的血硒 (Se)含量均显著增加。结论复胃冲剂能提高大鼠体内微量元素Zn、Mn、Se的含量。

【Abstract】 Objective To assay effects of Fuwei Chongji(FW)on trace element concentrations in rat models with gastric precancerous lesions. Methods The rat models were made by taking water with MNNG.The rats were randomly divided into 8 groups due to taking FW low dose,FW high dose,Weimei Su(WMS),Se-Yeast,Yeast,FW+Se-Yeast,FW+MNNG,and water 6 weeks.The rats were killed and serum was taken.Then trace element concentrations were measured. Results Zinc(Zn) concentration increased significantly in FW,Se-Yeast,and WMS groups (P<0.001).Manganese(Mn)concentration increased significantly in FW group(P<0.001).Selenium(Se)concentration increased significantly in FW and Se-Yeast groups(P< 0.001 ). Conclusion The experiments confirmed that FW has positive effects in trace element concentrations of the rat models with gastric precancerous lesions.
