DSP技术在吹膜机故障早期预报及定位检测中的应用
The Application of DSP to Fault Infant Predication and Train Detection for Co - Extrusion Blown-Film Line
【摘要】 对吹膜机膜头的塑料薄膜,通常用电容式测量系统按一定周期进行厚度数据取样。本文讨论了用功率谱对所取得的数据进行分析,从而可建立吹膜机系统正常运行的档案,可及时对故障进行早期预报。结合小波分析则可以定位检测。实例表明了此方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 The article is meant that blowing head of ac -- extrusion blown - film Line output thickness of blown film with capacitive gauge measuring system get data under regular period and to analyze it ,to establish the proper operating files for the system of ac -- extrusion blown - film Line with power spectrum. With the involvement of wavelet analysis, the fault can be infant predicted and train defected .This effectiveness can be demonstrated by some examples.
