【摘要】 目的 :探讨乳康片和三苯氧胺在治疗乳腺增生症中的综合疗效。方法 :对 12 0例不同证型乳腺增生症患者采取单纯乳康片治疗法以及乳康片配合三苯氧胺综合治疗进行对照观察。结果 :单纯乳康片治疗该病的效果 ,以肝气郁结型好于冲任失调型与痰瘀互结型 ,前者有效率为 91.6 7% ,后者有效率为 72 .2 2 % ,总有效率为 85 .90 % ;乳康片配合三苯氧胺治疗的有效率为90 .48%。结论 :综合疗法疗效较优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the comprehensive treatmentof breastcare and tamoxifen( TAM) in treating the hyperplasia of mammary geand( HMG) .Methods:The comparion and observation were carry outin 1 2 0 cases of different syndrome types of HMG treated by breastcare alone and combined usage of breastcare and TAM.Result:The usage of breastcare alone is effective,but the latter expressed better effect on the syndrome type of Liver- energy depression than that of Chong- Ren channel imbalance and Phlegm- Stasis complex.The former expressed effective rate of91 .67% ,the latter of77.2 2 % ,while the general rate was 85.90 % .In treating HMG by combined usage of breastcare and TAM the general rate was90 .48% . Conclusions:The comprehensive treatment showed better result.更多还原
