温和条件下提高铜精矿浸出率的试验研究
Research on Increasing Leaching Rate of Copper Sulfide Concentrate at Gentle Conditions
【摘要】 硫化铜精矿经温和条件处理可提高铜的浸出率。温和条件为 :加热温度 140℃ ,加热时间 30h,硫酸和催化氧化剂对矿样的质量比分别为 1.1∶ 1和 1∶ 2 0 0 ;浸出温度 6 0℃ ,浸出液固体积质量比 6∶ 1,氧化剂和催化剂对矿样的质量比分别为 1∶ 2 5和 1∶ 2 0 0。按上述条件处理硫化铜精矿 ,铜的浸出率可达 97.42 %。
【Abstract】 Leaching rate of copper can be increased after copper sulfide concentrate being treated at gentle conditions that mass ratio of sulfuric acid and cat oxidant to ore is 1.1∶1 and 1∶200,respectively, heating time is 30 h at 140 ℃. Leaching copper from ore treated is conducted when leaching temperature is 60 ℃,V(liquid)/m(solid) is 6, mass ratio of oxidant and catalyst to ore is 1∶25 and 1∶200,leaching rate of copper can reach 97.42%.
