【摘要】 目的 :探讨检测阴道冲洗液β- h CG浓度对诊断胎膜早破的参考价值。方法 :选取 73例晚孕胎膜早破病例和早、中、晚期正常妊娠各 85例 ,采用平衡竞争放射免疫方法测定阴道冲洗液β- h CG水平。结果 :胎膜早破组和早、中、晚期正常妊娠的阴道冲洗液β- h CG平均值分别为 2 5 0 .12± 48.31,2 2 .48± 12 .5 7,5 .7± 1.35和 3.5 2± 0 .95 IU/ L ,胎膜早破组 β- h CG水平明显高于各期正常妊娠 (P<0 .0 0 1)。以 β- h CG2 5 IU/ L为临界值 ,该方法诊断中、晚期妊娠胎膜早破有较高的敏感度和特异性 ,较低的假阳性率和假阴性率。结论 :检测阴道冲洗液 β- h CG浓度 ,是中、晚期妊娠胎膜早破准确、快速的诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical value of hCG level in vaginal washing fluid for the diagnosis of premature rupture of membrane(PROM).Methods:β-hCG levels in Vaginal washing fluid were determined by balance-competive immunoreactive assay in 73 pregnant women with PROM during third trimester and 85 normal pregnant women during their first,second and third trimester respectively.Results:The averages β hCG of vaginal washing fluid of PROM and normal pregnant women of every trimester were 250.12±48.31,22.48±12.57,5.70±1.35 and 3.52±0.95IU/L respectively,and that of women with PROM was significantly higher than those of normal pregnant women.Using a threshold value of 25IU/L for the diagnosis of PROM of the second and third trimester,the sensitivity and specificity were high,the false positive rate and false negative rate were low.Conclusion:Measurement of β-hCG levels in vaginal fluid is an accurate and quick diagnostic method of PROM in the second and third trimoster.更多还原
