【摘要】 目的 :初步探讨放射性介入栓塞法在剖宫产术后晚期子宫出血的应用。方法 :临床 2 6例剖宫产术后晚期子宫出血患者 ,3例经 Seldinger放射性介入栓塞法处理 ,2 3例采用传统方法处理。结果 :经放射性介入栓塞法处理的患者均得到及时、准确的诊断和治疗 ,未见并发症和后遗症 ;经传统方式处理的患者难以明确诊断和得到及时的治疗 ,多有严重并发症和 (或 )后遗症。结论 :放射性介入栓塞法在处理剖宫产术后晚期子宫出血时有良好的效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prim ary explore the radioactivity intervence embolize in the treatment of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods:Twenty- six patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were included.Three cases were treated by radiological intervention embolization and other 2 3cases were treated by traditional treatment.Results:The patients treated by radiological intervention em bolization got correct diagnogosis and proper therapy promptly,while hadn′t com plication.The patients treated by traditional treatment were difficult to diagnosed and mostly had seriouslly com plication and sequelae.Condusions:The treatment of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section by radiological intervention embolization have good results.更多还原
