苯并(a)芘和芘对梭鱼肝脏DNA损伤的研究

【摘要】 用苯并(a)芘、芘以及它们的等量混和物,分别在浓度为0.1,1,10,20,50 μg/dm~3浓度下对梭鱼暴污,5d后取梭鱼肝脏和鳃用碱解旋法分别测定其 DNA的 损伤,结果随着污染物浓度的增加,肝脏DNA损伤程度增加;在相同浓度下,苯并(a) 芘和芘的联合毒性大于苯并(a)芘和芘分别作用时的毒性之和.所以苯并(a)芘和芘 对DNA损伤的联合作用应为加强作用.

【Abstract】 Mugil so-iuy was exposed to benzo(a)pyrene, pyrene and their mixture of equal quantity, at concentration of 0.1, 1, 10, 20 μg/dm~3 and 50 μg/dm~3 respectively. After 5 d, the DNA damage of the liver and the gill was measured respectively by alkaline unwinding assay. The result showed that DNA.damage of the liver was increased as the concentrations of pollutants increased. At the same concentrations, the mixture of benzo(a) pyrene and pyrene induced grarer damage to DNA than benzo(a) pyrene or pyrene separately did. The united effect of benzo(a) pyrene and pyrene would be potentiated.
