【摘要】 为探讨血浆内皮素 (ET- 1)与蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)发生、发展的关系 ,对 2 8例 SAH患者 (SAH组 )的 ET- 1水平动态变化进行了观察 ,并与 30例健康人 (对照组 )进行比较。结果显示 ,SAH组发病 1～ 14天 ET- 1浓度明显增高 ;伴脑血管痉挛 (CVS)者第 7天、14天血浆 ET- 1浓度均明显高于不伴 CVS者 ;出血量多者血浆ET- 1浓度较高。认为 ET- 1参与了 SAH的发生、发展 ,测定其浓度可为监测 SAH病情、出血量及判断有无 CVS提供依据更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of endothelin 1(ET 1)levels in 28 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH group)were observed and compared with those of 30 controls(control group).Results showed that the ET 1 of SAH group was higher in 1～14 day after attacking disease The levels of ET 1 in patients with cerebrovascular spasm(CVS)were higher than those without CVS on day 7 and 14;The more of the amount of hemorrhage,the higher of the level of ET 1 It suggest that determination of the level of ET 1 allows for detecting the condition of SAH,the amount of hemorrhage and diagnosis of CVS in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage更多还原
