Nd:YAG激光致各种人工晶体损伤临床观察
Injuring effects of Nd:YAG lasers on intraocular lenses made by different materials
【摘要】 为探讨 Q-开关掺钕钇铝石榴石 (Nd:YAG)激光致不同类型人工晶体损伤的情况 ,对采用 Nd:YAG激光切开后囊的 89例 (96眼 )各级后发性白内障 (后发障 )患者的人工晶体于裂隙灯下观察其损伤程度及形态。结果显示 ,96枚人工晶体损伤率为 38.5 % ,其中 PMMA晶体为 2 8.9% ,丙烯酸酯晶体为 75 % ,水凝胶晶体为 6 0 % ,硅凝胶晶体为 85 .7%。提示各种人工晶体抗激光损伤能力由高到低依次为 PMMA、水凝胶、丙烯酸酯、硅凝胶 ;不论哪种类型的人工晶体 ,随激光能量的升高 ,其所受损伤的范围及程度也升高。
【Abstract】 To inquire the injuring effects of the Q switched neodymium:yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd:YAG)laser on different kinds of intraocular lenses Different Iols of 89 patients(96 eyes)who suffered from after cataract recieved treatment of Nd:YAG lasers The morphology and size of the Iol Injuries were observed with the slit lamp Results showed 96%Iol injury is 38 5% The percentages of PMMA Iol,acrylic Iol,HEMA Iol and silicone Iol are 28 9%,75 0%,60 0%and 85 7% respectively This suggests the sequence of resisting ability against Nd:YAG laser injury of different kinds of Iol from strong to weak is:PMMA Iol>HEMA Iol>acrylic Iol>silicone Iol The size of Iol injuries is increased with the elevation of enery level of Nd:YAG lasers [WT5”HZ]
