【摘要】 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应 ( RT- PCR) ,对山东地区 60例肾综合征出血热 ( HFRS)患者的临床标本进行扩增 ,采用酶切分析鉴定扩增产物的特异性。结果 :60例标本均呈 型或 (和 ) 型阳性 ,扩增片段的大小与理论值一致。表明山东地区流行的 HFRS 型和 型毒株同时存在 ,以 型为主 ;RT-PCR是一项较特异、敏感的基因分型方法更多还原

【Abstract】 To identify the genomic types of Hantaviruses,4 different sets of type specific primers based on the unique G 1 sequences M genomic segments of HTNV and SEOV were designed Total cellular RNA extracted from clinical sample of HFRS patients in Shandong district was RT to cDNA and amplified by PCR assay The specification of products were then verified by restriction enzyme analysis The results showed that all samples were amplified by type Ⅰ primer or/and type Ⅱ primer The results were consistent with those of serological typing as reported It suggested that RT PCR is a sensitive,specific method for typing of Hantaviruses更多还原
