【摘要】 采用生物化学方法检测了 4 7例病毒性肝炎患者的血清自由基指标〔超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、脂质过氧化物 ( L PO)、黄嘌呤氧化酶 ( XOD)〕变化 ,并与用百令胶囊治疗后以上指标变化进行比较。结果治疗前 SOD活性降低 ,LPO和 XOD升高 ;治疗后 SOD升高 ,明显高于对照组。LPO和 XOD下降 ,显著低于对照组。提示自由基及脂质过氧化物升高与病毒性肝炎的发生及发展密切相关 ,百令胶囊治疗后机体抗氧化能力增强更多还原

【Abstract】 The activities of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD),lipid peroxidation(LPO),xanthine oxidase (XOD)were detected with biochemical methods in 47 patients with viral hepatitis and surveyed the changes of free radical after treatment with capsule BeilinThe results showed that the activity of SODwas remarkedly low,LPO and XOD were remarkedly highAfter treatment with capsule Beilin,the activity of SODwas getting higher in therapy group than contrast group and LPO and XOD was lower in therapy group than contrast groupThis suggest that there is correlation between free radicals and lipid peroxidations and occurring and developing of viral hepatitisThe ability of antioxidations increased in the body after treatment with capsule Beilin更多还原
