【摘要】 对 70例 2型糖尿病 ( NIDDM)、30例 1型糖尿病 ( IDDM)患者及 30例正常人行胰高血糖素 -C肽激发试验 ,并测定其注射胰高血糖素后 6分钟的 C肽水平。结果 IDDM患者的 C肽水平呈低平曲线 ,NIDDM患者的空腹 C肽水平与正常组相近 ,但刺激后显著低于正常组。认为 NIDDM是一种异质性疾病 ;磺脲类药物继发治疗失败并不是胰岛β细胞衰竭 ,而是选择性地对葡萄糖刺激胰岛素分泌的反应性下降 ,组织对胰岛素的抵抗增加 ;胰高血糖素 - C肽激发试验可反映胰岛 β细胞的储备功能 ,从而指导糖尿病的分型及治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum cpeptide of 70 patientswith type 2 diabetes mellitus (NIDDM),30 patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (IDDM)and 30 normal persons were measured within 6min after injected glucagonThe result showed that the Cpeptide was lower,the Cpeptide was near in NIDDM and normal persons,but It was signficant lowly in NIDDM than normal persons after injected glucagonThis suggest that NIDDM is a heterogoneous diseasThe failure of sulfonylureas on it is not Islet β cell function failure,but the insenstive to the glucose have improvedGLucagon test imply the Islet β cell function and helps to make a decision in the management of patients with diabets mellitus更多还原
