【Abstract】 WT5BZ]To study the possible role of oridonin in leukemic cells,we treated human leukemia HL 60 cells with various concentrations of oridonin and examined apoptosis by microscopic observation and flow cytometry We found that it induced apoptosis in HL 60 cells after exposed to 8～12μmol/L oridonin for 24 hours compared with the control The results indicate that oridonin is a potential agent for leukemia chemotherapy and there is much to be done to study it′s mechanism to induce apoptosis [WT5HZ]更多还原
