【摘要】 应用多聚酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR- RFL P)技术对 2 12例山东省汉族人 (非糖尿病 80例 ,2型糖尿病 132例 )进行 β3 肾上腺能受体 (β3 AR)基因 Trp6 4 Arg突变分析。结果表明 ,山东汉人β3 AR Trp6 4 Arg等位基因变异频率为 15% ,2型糖尿病组与非糖尿病组β3 AR Trp6 4 Arg基因型和等位基因分布频率无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5)。提示山东省汉族人存在 β3 AR基因变异 ,但这种变异与2型糖尿病无密切关联更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5BZ]212 cases of Shandong Han nationality(80 non-diabetic subjects and 132 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus) were screened for the detection of the β 3 adrenergic receptor(β 3 AR)gene Trp64Arg mutation by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR RFLP) Results showed that about 15 percent of the variant frequency of β 3 AR alleles in this group had been detected and no significant differenec of the gene types and alleles between non diabetic subjects and type 2 diabetic patients had been found It suggests that there exists β 3 AR gene variation in shandong Han nationality But it doesn’t closely relate to type 2 diabetes mellitus [WT5HZ]更多还原
