【摘要】 用放免法测定 2 6例 2型糖尿病 (DM)患者的血清 Leptin、胰岛素 ,用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定空腹血溏 (FBG) ,测量体重 ,计算体重指数 (BMI) ,并测定了 2 2例患者口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT) 2小时后 Leptin水平 ,以及 13例男性患者的血清睾酮 ,并与 2 6例正常人进行对照。结果显示 ,2型 DM组与对照组比较 ,血清 Leptin无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,女性是男性的 2 .3倍。服葡萄糖2小时后 Leptin下降 (P<0 .0 0 1)。代谢控制不良患者血清 L eptin减少 (P<0 .0 5)。 L eptin与年龄无关(P>0 .0 5) ,与 BMI、胰岛素呈显著正相关 (P<0 .0 5) ,与睾酮呈负相关 (P<0 .0 5)。提示 L eptin并非致 2型 DM的主要因素 ,肥胖、胰岛素、性别是影响 L eptin的主要因素 ,代谢控制不良患者常伴 Lep-tin缺乏更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum leptin and insuline of 26 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (2 DM)and 26 controls were measured by radioimmunoassay,and the leptin 2h after OGTT of 22 patients and the serum testosterone of 13 male patients with 2DM were measured Results showed that the serum leptin concentrations were not significantly different between 2DM group and normal group The leptin level of women was 2 3 times that of men Leptin concentrations dropped by 19 19%(P<0 05) 2h after OGTT The diabetic group who had poorly metablic controlled had lower leptin levels (P< 0 05) The leptin comentrations were significantly correlated with BMI(r=0 63 P<0 001),insulin(r=0 46 P<0 01)and inversely correlated with serum testosterane(r=-0 61 P<0 05) This suggest the leptin is not the main cause of Type 2 diabetes The fat, insulin and sex are main factors to affect the leptin更多还原
