【摘要】 目的 :报告用角膜层间烧灼术治疗大泡性角膜病变的疗效。方法 :大泡性角膜病变 10例 ,由老年性白内障囊外摘除后房型人工晶体植入术后发病 3例 ,白内障超声乳化术后发病 4例 ,绝对期青光眼引起 2例 ,眼外伤引起 1例 ,均行角膜板层切开 ,层间烧灼角膜实质层术。结果 :术后第 1天 ,症状缓解 ,刺激症状消失。裂隙灯下见角膜水肿减轻 ,上皮水泡消失。随访 2月到 1年 ,术后视力由术前的光感及眼前手动提高至眼前手指及 0 0 4 ,刺激症状消失。结论 :此手术方法疗效肯定 ,患者创伤较小 ,治疗费用较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To report the effect of treating phlyctenular keratopathy with intralamellar cauterization of cornea Method:Among 10 cases(10 eyes)with phlyctenular keratopathy,3 cases were attacked after extractio senile cataractae extracapsularis and intraocular lens implantion,4 cases were attacked after phacoemulsification,2 cases were caused by absolute glaucoma,1 case was caused by ocular injury.They were treated with intralamellar cauterization of cornea.Result:The symptoms mitigated and corneal bedewing disappeared on the first day postoperation,the vision acuity was improved from light perception and hand movement to finger count and 0 04 postoperation.The corneal irritation vanished.Conclusion:This method is convenient and effective with low expense.更多还原
