【摘要】 目的 :探讨长眼轴的共同性外斜视的矫正手术量。方法 :行双侧外直肌对称性后徙术共同性外斜视 74例 ,术前采用A/B型超声波测量眼轴。分为正常眼轴组 (眼轴长 2 2 75± 1 0 0mm)和长眼轴组 (眼轴长>2 3 75mm)。正常眼轴组按外直肌常规后徙量手术 ,长眼轴组按外直肌加大后徒量手术。结果 :近期随访(术后 1周 )正位率 ,正常眼轴组为 87 50 % ,长眼轴组为 82 77% ,两组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ;长期随访(术后≥ 6周 )正位率 ,正常眼轴组为 80 0 0 % ,长眼轴组为 76 92 % ,两组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :对长眼轴的共同性外斜视加大其外直肌后徙手术量 ,可获得与正常眼轴的共同性外斜视行常规外直肌后徙术相同的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the amount of the muscle surgery for concomitant exotropia with longer axial length.Methods:The axial lengths were measured preoperatively with A/B scan ultrasonography in 74 cases of concomitant exotropia who were undergone symmetrical bilateral lateral rectus recession.All the cases were divided into two groups:normal axial length group(AL 22.75±1.00mm) and longer axial length group(AL>23.75mm).In normal axial length group,the surgery was performed according to routine amount of bilateral lateral rectus recession. In longer axial length group, the surgery was performed according to the extended amount. Results: By a short term follow-up( 1 week after operation),the success rate of surgical alignment in the normal axial length group was 87.50%,and that in the longer axial length group was 82.77%.There was no statistically significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).By a long-term follow-up (≥6 weeks),the success rate of surgical alignment in the normal axial length group was 80.00%,and that in the longer axial length group was 76.92%.There was no statistically significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Surgery according to extended amount of bilateral lateral rectus recession in concomitant exotropia with longer ocular axial length can obtain the same effect as that by routine amount in cases with normal ocular axial length.更多还原
