【摘要】 目的 :探讨小切口无缝线白内障摘除人工晶体植入术的疗效。方法 :白内障 30例中 ,老年性白内障 2 4例 ,并发性白内障 5例 ,先天性白内障 1例 ,1只眼行小切口 ,另 1只眼做常规切口进行前瞻性研究。结果 :使用小切口 ,术后散光小 ,视力矫正效果好。结论 :此术式安全 ,简单易行 ,术后散光小 ,恢复快更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of ECCE and IOL implant with small incision.Method:24 cases of senile cataract,5 cases of complicated cataract and 1 case of congenital cataract were surveyed.Each of them was performed small incision in one eye and large incision in another eye.Result:The result showed light astigmia and good correction.Conclusion:This surgery is safe and easy practice.The patient can recover soon after operation.更多还原
