【摘要】 探讨不同原因的中枢性滑车神经麻痹应用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法 :对 4种不同原因引起的中枢性滑车神经麻痹 ,应用中药四物汤加减 ,配以西药大剂量激素、高压氧仓治疗。结果 :45例中枢性滑车神经麻痹除 2例脑肿瘤外 ,总有效率为 79.0 7%。结论 :中西医结合治疗中枢性滑车神经麻痹效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of treating the central trochlear pulsy with the combined methods.Method:Forty five patients were treated with Chinese traditional medicine of Siwu Tang Jiajian,western medicine of large quantity of hormone and hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy.Result:Twenty five patients were cured.The total effective rate was 79.07%.Conclusion:The treatment of central trochlear pulsy with combined methods is effective.更多还原
