【摘要】 通过病理检查评价影像学检查诊断眼内占位性病变的临床价值。方法 :对经影像学检查确诊的 88例眼内占位性病变行手术治疗 ,其中眼球摘除 86例 ,局部肿瘤切除 2例 ,术后行常规病理检查 ,并进行分析。结果 :临床诊断与病理诊断完全符合 76例 (86.36% ) ,基本符合 5例 (5.68% ) ,不符合 7例(7.96% )。结论 :B超、CT、MRI检查对诊断眼内占位性病变有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of image examination in diagnosing intraocular space occupying lesion(SOL)by pathological examination.Method:Among the 88 cases with intraocular SOL diagnosed by image examination, 86 cases were performed ophthalmectomy,2 cases were performed local resection.All were examined pathologically and analysed.Results:The image diagnosis completely accorded with the pathological diagnosis in 76 cases (86.36%),the image diagnosis mainly accorded with the pathologicaldiagnosis in 5 cases ( 5.68% ),the image diagnosis didn′t accord with the pathological diagnosis in 7 cases(7.96%).Conclusion:B mode ultrosonography,CT(computerized tomography) and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) have significant actions in diagnosing intraocular SOL.更多还原
