【摘要】 研究儿童共同性内斜视手术量。方法 :对 52例儿童共同性内斜视采用统一检查方法和手术定量标准行双侧内直肌对称性后徙术。结果 :在术后≥ 6周随访的 45例中 ,手术成功率 (正位±≤ 1 0△ )为82 .2 2 % (37/ 4 5)。结论 :应用此手术定量标准会提高儿童共同性内斜视的一次手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the amount of surgery for concomitant esotropia in children.Method:Fifty two cases with concomitant esotropia in children were treated with symmetrical recession bimedial rectus,using the same surgical technique and the same surgical plan.Result:With followed up 45 cases for 6 weeks or more than 6 weeks,the successful rate of surgical alignment (orthophoria±≤10 △) was 82.22%(37/45).Conclusion:Using this surgical plan,concomitant esotropia in children can be cured successfully on its first operation.更多还原
