板坯与钢板星裂问题的探讨
An Approach to Star-Like Crack of Billet and Plate
【摘要】 通过相关数据的统计分析,找出了化学成分、结晶器使用次数、保护渣碱度、钢板厚度、装炉方式、冷却强度等对钢板星裂的影响规律。分析星裂产生的原因是,Cu原子、硅酸盐类夹杂物富集在奥氏体晶界,降低晶界强度,诱发星裂。
【Abstract】 Through statistic and analysis of interrelat ed data the effect rules of chemical composition,using frequency of mould,basic capacity of protecting slag,plate thickness,charging mode and cooling strength,e tc on star-like crack of plate were found.Beneficating of copper atom and silic ate t ype inclusions on austenite grain boundary was main cause decreasing the grain boundary strength and bringing out the star-like cracks.
