浮选柱选精煤工艺系统的改进
Improving of Floatation Column Concentration Coal Process
【摘要】 为提高浮选精煤的分选精度和分选效率 ,对搅拌系统、旋流力场和喷淋装置等进行了改进 ,使物料搅拌均匀度达到 90 %以上 ,精煤灰分下降了 1.5 %~ 2 .0 % ,分选效率达到 90 %以上 ,且减少了停机率
【Abstract】 For increasing separating grade,separating precision and separating efficiency the stirring system,rotational flow force field and spraying device have been improved Thus the stirring homogeneous degree of material is up to above 90%,the ash of concentrated coal is decreased by 1 5%~2 0%,separating efficiency is up to above 90% and the machine halt is reduced
