【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的疗效及可行性。方法 :应用腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿 4 0例。结果 :行囊肿剥除术 38例 ,附件切除术 2例。合并不孕的 30例 ,同时行盆腔粘连分解术及输卵管成形术。不孕组中 16例妊娠 ,妊娠率为 53.3%。术后 4例子宫内膜异位症复发 ,复发率为 10 %。结论 :应用腹腔镜和手术治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿安全、有效 ,尤适用于不孕症患者更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the effect and feasibility of operative laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriotic cyst. Methods:Forty patients with endometriotic cyst were operated on with laparoscopy. Results:Thirty eight of them were treated by cystectomy and two by ecphyadectomy.At the same time,thirty patients with infertility were also treated by adhesion lysis and salpingoplasty. The pregnancy rate was 53.3%(16/30). Recurrence rate of pelvic endometriosis was 10%. Conclusion:The application of the laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriotic cyst is effecitive and safe,especially for patients with infertility.更多还原
