【摘要】 目的 :探讨人载脂蛋白E(apoE)遗传多态性与老年高血压发病的关系。方法 :采用等电聚焦电泳及免疫印迹法测定 10 8例高血压患者与 117例对照组apoE表型 ,分析apoE表型与高血压之间的关系。结果 :高血压组与对照组apoE表型与apoE等位基因频率分布无显著差异 ,均以E3/ 3表型常见和ξ3等位基因频率最高。高血压患者TC ,LDL C水平按apoE表型E2、E3、E4顺序升高 ,TG、HDL C水平无显著差异。对照组不同apoE表型之间 ,收缩压与舒张压水平存在显著差异 ,ξ4等位基因携带者收缩压、舒张压较携带其他等位基因者高 ;高血压组中 ,不同apoE表型之间 ,收缩压存在显著差异 ,ξ4等位基因携带者收缩压较携带其他等位基因者高。结论 :apoE基因多态性与老年收缩期高血压明显相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Studying the relationship between the polymorphism of apolipoprotein E(apoE) gene and hypertension in aged.Methods:The apoE genotype was determined in 108 hypertension patients and 117 normal controls by isoelectric focusing (IEF) and immunoblotting,we analysised the relationship between the apoE genotype and hypertension.Results:The apoE genotypes and the frequencies were no difference between hypertension patients and controls,the genotype E3/3 and the prevalence of ξ3 allele were significantly higher than those carrying other alleles.In hypertension patients carrying the apoE genotypes of E2、E3 and E4 were associated with increased concentrations of TC and LDLC,while TG and HDLC were not statistically significant.The different apoE genotypes in controls,individuals with the ξ4 allele had a significantly higher systolic and diastolic blood pressure than those carrying other alleles.In hypertension groups,individuals with the ξ4 allele had a significantly higher systolic blood pressure than those carrying other alleles.Conclusion:The polymorphism of apolipoprotein E gene and systolic hypertension in aged were significant correlation.更多还原
