迷走及交感神经对兔消化间期胆囊基础压的影响
THE EFFECTS OF VAGUS AND SYMPATHETIC NERVES ON GALLBLADDER PRESSURE IN THE INTERDIGESTIVE PERIOD IN RABBITS
【摘要】 目的 :探讨兔迷走及交感神经对维持消化间期胆囊内压 ( GP)的作用。方法 :健康成年家兔47只 ,禁食但自由饮水 1 5~ 1 8h后 ,乌拉坦静脉麻醉 ,三碘季胺酚肌松 ,人工呼吸。胆囊 ( GB)内置入蛙膀胱囊方法测 GP。结果 :消化间期 ,兔 GB维持稳定的基础压 ,静脉注射生理盐水后 30 min内 GP无明显变化。电刺激 ( 2 m A,1 0 Hz,2 ms,1 0 s)迷走神经远端引起 GP升高 ,而静脉注射阿托品 ( 0 .2 mg/kg)后再刺激迷走神经 ,GP不再变化 ;单纯剪断两侧颈部迷走神经或静脉注射阿托品 ( 0 .2 mg/kg)后 ,GP无明显变化。切断第一胸髓后 GP明显下降 ;静脉注射去甲肾上腺素 ( NE) ( 0 .0 1 mg/kg)后 GP升高 ;注射酚托拉明 ( 1 .5mg/kg)后GP下降 ;而静脉注射心得安 ( 1 .5mg/kg)后 GP改变不明显。 结论 :兔消化间期 GP的维持主要与交感神经及外周α受体有关 ,迷走神经的作用似乎不大。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of vagus and sympathetic nerves on maintaining constant gallbladder pressure(GP) in the interdigestive period in rabbits. Methods: Fasted for 15~18h, but allowed to drink water, the rabbits were anesthetized with Urethane(1.0mg/kg, iv.). The skeletal muscle was relaxed by Gallamine Trithiodide(0.3mg/kg,iv) and the ventilation was artificially controlled (30ml x 20/min). In order to measure GB pressure, a frog bladder filled with normal saline was put into GB and connected to a transducer (TP 200T). Results: In the interdigestive period, GP was maintained at constant level. After intravenous injection of normal saline (1ml), GP did not change. GP increased during and after electrical stimulation of distal end of vagus nerve(200mA, 10Hz, 2ms, 10 s), and this effect was abolished by Atropine (0.2 mg/kg,iv). Intravenous injection of Atropine(0.2mg/kg)or cervical vagotomy did not affect GP. After the spinal cord was transected at T1, GP decreased. Intravenous injection of Norepinephrine (0.01mg/kg) caused GP to raise and injection of Phentolamine(1.5 mg/kg) caused it to decrease. GP did not change after Propranolol(1.5mg/kg,iv).Conclusion: Sympathetic nerve and peripheral α receptors may be important for maintaining GP at constant level in the interdigestive period in rabbits.
