【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to make biomechanical evaluation of three different internal fixation of Y shaped instable fracture of femoral condyle.By means of stress analysis,mechanics analysis for the internal fixation of fracture of femoral condyle is made experimentally and theoretically.Ithas been proved thatthe internalfixation with L shaped condyle steelplate and boltis better than that with L shaped condyle steel plate and compressed steel plate.There exist distinct differences in stress and displacementbetween two condyles ( P<0 .0 1 ) .The combined fixation of L shaped condyle stress plate and boltis a very good internal fixation method for curing the fracture of femoral condyle.Itis well worth application and popularization.更多还原
