【Abstract】 This article describes a method based on the minimal cost flow algorithm of the graph theory, which is applied to the optimization of the delivery order for the local electric network. It can be expected to seek a dispatching mode of active power to reduce the voltage loss of the whole network and select a rational open loop mode of operation. The calculating accuracy and speed are both well considered in the model presented. The results of a calculation example show that the algorithm proposed is fast and effective.更多还原
