【摘要】 我省贫困人口主要分布在岩溶山区 ,缺乏有效管理和粗放利用土地是导致岩溶山区生存环境恶化 ,经济文化发展滞后的重要因素。本文运用经济、行政、技术、法律手段改变岩溶山区的土地利用方式 ,提出了山、水、林、田、路、村进行统一治理的措施。其措施综合性、针对性强 ,有利于解决我省岩溶山区人多地少的矛盾。为改变岩溶山区生态恶劣 ,用地粗放的现状 ,为山区人民尽快脱贫探讨新途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The impoverished population of Guizhou province is distributed mainly in Karst mountainous districts.The lack of efficient management and extensive use of land lead to the deterioration of the existing environments in these districts.This article discusses the ways of changing the state of these districts by means of economy, administration, technology and law.It points out the measures concerning the comprehensive harnessing of mountains, rivers, forests farmland roads and villages.These measures are suitable for solving the problems of people depending on limited land changing the adverse ecological environments as well as the extensive use of land and finally exploring new ways to get rid of poverty for the people in these districts更多还原
