贵州小香乌鸡血浆同工酶的遗传多态性
A study on plasma isozyme polymorphism of Gui zhou Xiao xiang black-bone chicken
【摘要】 为揭示贵州小香乌鸡血浆同工酶遗传特点 ,采用连续的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶水平式电泳(PAGE)技术分析了 80份贵州小香乌鸡血浆中的淀粉酶 (Amy - 1、Amy - 2 )、碱性磷酸酶 (Akp -1、Akp - 2 )、酯酶 - 1(Es - 1)同工酶的遗传多态性 ,发现除Akp - 2座位呈单态外 ,其余 4个座位均有多态性 ,多态座位百分比和平均杂合度分别为P =0 80 0 0、H =0 2 778。对有关座位基因频率进行计算发现小香乌鸡akp - 1、Akp - 2°、Amy - 2 i、Es - 1c 频率较高 ,而Es - 1A 频率较低 ,Amy -1A 和Amy - 1B 频率均为 0 5 0 0 0 ,AB型频率为 1 0 0 0 0 ,杂合子AB显著过量 ,Amy - 1分布不平衡。表明贵州小香乌鸡遗传多样性程度较高 ,且具有独特的基因型 ,选择潜力较大 ,保种和利用价值较高。
【Abstract】 In the present study the horizontal polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze 5 gene loci from 80 Guizhou Xiaoxiang black-bone chickens. Except Akp-2, the polymorphisms were found in Amy-1, Amy-2 Akp-1,Es-1. The average heterozygosity(H) was 0 277 8 Gene frequencies of 5 loci were calculated and found higher in akp-1,Akp-2°,Amy-2 i,Es-1 c,lower in Es—1 A,but 0 500 0 in Amy-1 A and Amy-1 B respectively. The results showed that the genetic diversity of Xiaoxiang black-bone chicken was higher, the special gene types existed in the chicken. The Guizhou Xiaoxiang black-bone chicken has great potentialities for breeding and possesses great values of protecion.
