S3307培育烤烟壮苗的生理基础
Preliminary study of seedling properties of tobacco with spraying S3307
【摘要】 研究结果表明 ,烟草幼苗期喷施不同用量的S330 7,烟苗生理性状发生改变 ,各处理的过氧化物酶活性均有提高 ,并呈“升高—降低—再升高”的规律性变化。硝酸还原酶活性随喷施浓度的增加而提高 ,随施用时间的延长 ,各处理间硝酸还原酶活性差异减小 ,施用量越高 ,硝酸还原酶活性降低越快。各处理叶绿素含量均高于对照 ,2 0mg/kg处理的持续时间最长 ,高于或低于 2 0mg/kg ,在喷施初期表现出促进效应 ,14d后效应很快减弱 ,与过氧化物酶活性提高有关。适宜浓度的S330 7对物质积累有促进效应。用S330 7喷施幼苗 ,烟苗素质提高 ,抗逆性增强 ,氮代谢与光合性能改善。
【Abstract】 Afterspraying S3307 in the concentrations of 10 mg/L,20 mg/L and 30 mg/L on tobacco seedlings its properties will be improved due to the changing of physio-biochemicl characters. In 20 mg/L the nitrate reductase activity increased at high level as the concentration of S 3307 was raised; the difference of nitrate reductase amory the treatments in different concentration decreased as the time extended. The peroxidase activity raised in all treatments.The chlorophyll content increased as the concentration was raised and the effect retains much longer. Over 20 mg/L the promotive effect appeared in the early stage of seedlings, but the effect weakened fast. The substance accumulation of the seedlings were promoted in time is gone,14 days after spraying and then the promotion and weaker became weaker
