一锅煮法制备酚醛树脂的研究
Study on the synthesis of phenolic resin by one pot method
【摘要】 在一个反应器内 ,以盐酸作催化剂 ,先后进行淀粉水解反应生成葡萄糖 ,葡萄糖脱水生成 5-羟甲基糠醛 ,再与苯酚反应生成热塑性酚醛树脂 ,对影响树脂产率及熔点的诸因素进行了考察 ,优化反应条件为 :苯酚与淀粉 (以葡萄糖计 )摩尔比 1 .6∶ 1 ,水解温度 1 45℃ ,水解时间 50 min,缩聚温度 1 80℃ ,缩聚时间 60 min,反应液的初始 p H值 1 .2 ,并用红外光谱对产品进行了认证。
【Abstract】 In the presence of hydrochloric acid,glucose was obtained by the hydrolysis of starch,5 methylolfurfural was obtained by the dehydration of glucose,novolak was synthesized by 5 methylolfurfural with phenol in one pot.Factors influencing the resin yield and melting point were discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:phenol:starch(glucose)=1.6∶1(mole ratio),hydrolytic temperature 145℃,hydrolytic time 50min,polycondensation temperature 180℃,polycondensation time 60min and the initial pH of reaction liquid 1.2.The product was confirmed by IR.
