树脂旧砂热法再生加热温度的研究
Experimental research on heating temperature of hot-reclamation of used resinbonded sands
【摘要】 通过在实验室条件下对树脂旧砂在一定加热温度、加热时间下燃烧减量的测试 ,建立了几种树脂旧砂加热温度和燃烧减量之间的关系曲线 ;基于对燃烧减量———加热温度关系曲线及对燃烧后冷却到室温的再生旧砂表面特征的观察 ,提出了几种树脂砂热法再生的加热温度和加热时间。
【Abstract】 The curves of heating temperature vs the loss of ignition (LOI)of some kinds of used resin bonded sand are shown by laboratory testing the LOI under given heating temperature and time. Based on the curves and the observation of surface characters of reclaimed sand which cooled to the indoor temperature after heating, the heating temperature and time for the hot reclamation of resinbonded sands are suggested.
